Who we are
This website is operated by CyPro Ltd, a UK-registered cyber security consultancy, which acts as data controller for personal data collected via iso27001certificationuk.co.uk.
What we collect and why
An enquiry or booking passes us the details you type: name, work email, company, phone and your message. Those details serve two purposes and no others: responding to you, and scoping or delivering any work you go on to commission. No marketing list receives them without your explicit opt-in, and no one buys them, ever.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies unless you allow them. Analytics, where offered, activate only after you press Accept on the banner, and their only function is showing us how visitors use these pages so we can make them better.
Spam protection
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out, running a background verification at the moment you submit. To distinguish a human from a script, Turnstile may evaluate technical signals including IP address and browser characteristics; Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum governs that processing.
How long we keep enquiry data
We keep enquiry records only while your enquiry, or work flowing from it, needs them, after which they are deleted under CyPro Ltd's retention policies.
Your rights
UK GDPR entitles you to access the personal data we hold about you, to correction and erasure, and to object to or restrict processing. Make any of those requests through the contact page and it will be actioned promptly.
